If you are interested in an outing in the Sprucewoods Wildlife Refuge near Camp Hughes, please contact Brian at 204-441-7933.  We will go on Thursday January 19 at 10 am.

This will be a hike with possibly a snow shoeing component, depending upon the group.  If you don’t have snowshoes don’t worry, you will be ok without them.  We will have a campfire at lunch time to warm up our lunch and food.  This is an interesting area and if members are game we can do some map and compass work and go cross country to one of the small lakes in the area.  However most of the route will be on packed snowmobile trails.
