Please join Brian Ogilvie on July 16 for a hike to the summit of the Turtle’s Back which is at William Lake Provincial Park, approximately 1 hour south of Brandon. It is a 2.5 km hike to the summit with the last 100m somewhat strenuous and we will take the lakeside loop back which is 4 km.  The view from the summit is beautiful!

Participants will meet Brian at the William Lake campground office at 10 am.  Provincial park vehicle passes will be required and can be purchased from the campground office if need be.  From there everyone will head to the trailhead and depart for the summit.  Lunch will be at the summit where there is an observation tower and pit privy.

Please text Brian to let him know you are coming or for more details.  204-441-7933.
